Interim Manager, Case Management
About the role
The Position An Interim Manager, Case Management is needed to provide day-to-day leadership for a hospital-based care management team, ensuring effective cross-continuum care coordination and patient-centered services.
Responsibilities
- Manage care coordination operations
- Partner with physicians and market leaders to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate closely with Utilization Management and Revenue Cycle teams
- Mentor staff
- Stabilize team performance through strong leadership and accountability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Social Work and/or RN license is required
Compensation
- Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually
- Final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation
- Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits
