Interim Manager, Case Manager

About the role
An Interim Manager, Case Management is needed to provide leadership and oversight for case management operations. Key responsibilities include leading case management activities, supporting patient care coordination and discharge planning, promoting efficient resource utilization, and ensuring departmental practices align with organizational standards and patient needs. The ideal candidate will have strong case management leadership experience in a healthcare setting, with the ability to effectively manage priorities, workflows, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical. Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Active California RN license required
- Previous case management experience and demonstrated healthcare leadership experience required

Pay
Compensation range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations.
