Interim Nurse Manager, Case Management

Job Description

The Position

An Interim Nurse Manager, Case Management, is needed to provide leadership for the Coordination of Care Services department. Shift is from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

• Provide operational and clinical leadership for case management services
• Support care coordination initiatives
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain high-quality patient care delivery

Requirements

Key Requirements

• BSN required, Master’s preferred
• Active CA RN license required
• At least three years of relevant clinical nursing experience, including at least two years of leadership experience in case management

Compensation Details

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $170,000 to $180,000 annually
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation
• Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits
