Interim Forward Deployed Engineer
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and rapidly develop AI-driven applications, copilots, and workflow automation solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and deliver practical technical solutions.
- Build secure integrations with enterprise platforms and APIs.
- Ensure solutions align with security, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate across engineering and business teams to drive AI adoption and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including strong Python development skills.
- 2+ years of experience building AI/ML applications, including Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI solutions.
- Experience designing APIs and deploying applications in large enterprise environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in highly regulated or security-conscious environments is a plus.
About the role
This role combines hands-on software engineering with customer-facing problem solving, translating business needs into scalable, production-ready AI applications.
