About the role

Responsible for deploying and maintaining technology solutions in forward operating environments. Works closely with field teams to ensure seamless integration and support.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain technology solutions in challenging field environments
• Collaborate with field teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Provide on-site technical support and training to field personnel
• Document and maintain technical documentation for deployed systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or engineering
• Experience working in remote or field-based environments
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with network infrastructure and security protocols
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure
