About the role

Must reside in one of the following states: MO, OK, AR, KS, OH, IN or IL. Must be willing to get licensed in the following states: MO, OK, AR, KS, OH, IN or IL (company will cover the cost). The Interim Director of Rehabilitation (IDOR) is responsible for managing and supervising the rehabilitation department at an assigned facility to meet resident needs, the company’s fiscal requirements, and federal and state regulations. The IDOR will achieve specific patient care, employee relations, customer service, and financial objectives through strong leadership and effective management of staff, customers, and referral sources. Maintains professional conduct, including positive levels of interaction and rapport with facilities and clients. Represents Reliant Rehabilitation commitment to quality and services in all interactions with facility and clients, as well as adheres to Reliant Rehabilitation’s Policies and Procedures.
