Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager/Area Manager/Regional in managing the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team within a post-acute rehabilitation/outpatient environment.
• Cooperate in community marketing activities relating to the post-acute delivery of therapy services.
• Conduct patient evaluation and ensure effective administration of treatment programs.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations as delegated by Program Manager/Area Manager/Regional.
• Assume Program Manager responsibilities in their absence.

Requirements

• Licensed clinician (physical, occupational, or speech language) in respective state(s) of service.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and basic math skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills with strong focus on customer service.
• Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Rehabilitation professional with acute care, long-term care, rehabilitation, and/or outpatient experience.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience (preferred).
