Interim Clinic Practice Manager, Apheresis

About the Role

The Interim Clinic Practice Manager, Apheresis, will provide interim leadership for Apheresis operations, partnering with clinical and physician leaders to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and effective 24/7 program operations. This leader will:

  • Develop and oversee staffing plans, scheduling, and staff development strategies to meet current and anticipated patient care needs.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement, patient safety, customer service, and regulatory compliance across the program.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders to identify operational opportunities, support program growth, and improve overall efficiency and patient experience.
  • Provide strong clinical leadership and team support while balancing patient care priorities, workforce needs, and financial objectives.

Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

  • BSN is required; MSN is strongly preferred.
  • Active WA RN license is required.

Pay

Compensation Range: $170,000 to $180,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
