Responsibilities
- Manage patient transitions between units

- Document patient care plans and progress notes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN license
- At least 2 years of experience in ICU or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR)
Qualifications
