Schedule
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
Responsibilities
- Analyze building and energy data to identify meaningful outcomes.
- Create consultative documentation to provide to the customer.
- Lead quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for each Connected Service Agreement customer.
- Utilize energy conservation measures to help optimize building operations and drive sustainability projects.
- Fulfill Digital Services contract obligations effectively, efficiently and within safety standards.
- Gather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements.
- Collaborate with account managers and field technicians to assist in growing sales for Service Agreements, Service Quoted, Turnkey, and Controls sales.
- Plan and schedule work as needed with the Project Administrator service team.
- Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms. During site visits, you may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.
Requirements
- Strong background in HVAC systems, controls, and data analytics.
- Energy and utility knowledge preferable.
- Ability to clearly communicate and develop relationships with clients and internal team members.
- Motivation to succeed while taking initiative to help solve problems.
- Organized, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work on several diverse teams.
- Can work independently and on a team effectively.
Pay
Annual Base Salary Range: $84,740.00 - $118,860.00. Compensation is salary-based and incentive eligible. The actual compensation will depend on elements such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation.
