Responsibilities
- Responsible for analyzing building and energy data to identify meaningful outcomes.
- Account Engineer creates consultative documentation to provide to the customer.
- Responsible to lead quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for each Connected Service Agreement customer.
- Utilizes energy conservation measures to help optimize building operations and drive sustainability projects.
- Fulfills Digital Services contract obligations effectively, efficiently and within safety standards.
- Gathers and validates preliminary information and performs facility walkthroughs, construction plan reviews or other requirements.
- Collaborates with account managers and field technicians to assist in growing sales for Service Agreements, Service Quoted, Turnkey, and Controls sales.
- Plans and schedules work as needed with the Project Administrator service team.
- Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms. During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.
Qualifications
- Strong background of HVAC systems, controls and data analytics.
- Energy and utility knowledge preferable.
- Ability to clearly communicate and develop relationships with clients and internal team members.
- Motivation to succeed while taking initiative to help solve problems.
- Organized, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work on several diverse teams.
- Can work independently and on a team effectively.

Annual Base Salary Range: $77,963.33 - $109,340.00

Schedule
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues.
Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
