Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate customers' business requirements into Intelligent Automation / RPA solutions.
• Design, develop, and configure applications leveraging automation tools to optimize processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, testing procedures, and scenarios.
• Actively participate in process reviews to ensure thorough understanding prior to automation implementation.
• Provide technical solutions, estimate efforts, and develop delivery strategies and plans.
• Assess technical feasibility and prioritize proposed automation opportunities.
• Conduct detailed estimations for proposed automation processes.
• Deliver post-Go-Live operational support and guidance during the stabilization phase.

• Proven experience in implementing Intelligent Automation and RPA solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and process review capabilities.
• Ability to provide innovative technical solutions and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Experience in delivering post-implementation support and resolving technical challenges.
