Intelligent Automation Engineer - RPA Automation Anywhere # 26-17114
About the role
We are seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineer to support enterprise automation initiatives with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needs.
- Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions with existing systems.
- Communicate with diverse audiences and support automation portfolios.
- Ensure compliance with standards, security, and change management.
- Partner with teammates to develop, configure, test, and implement processes to meet the defined and anticipated requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change effectively.
Requirements
- Handson experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA platform.
- Experience with process simulations/automation, solution development and/or business analysis.
- Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing tools such as ABBYY or equivalent OCR/IDP technologies.
- Understanding system integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handling.
- Working knowledge of process engineering software systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required).
- Experience integrating with Clienture AI services and/or Google Vertex AI (preferred).
- Experience or knowledge in a banking/financial services industry (preferred).

- Support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently.
- Design and implement automation solutions using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
- Staying current with emerging technologies and continuously improving solution design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Clear evidence of applied experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) and Intelligent Document Processing.
- Integration & Architecture Thinking (Beyond “Bot Builder”): API integrations (REST, JSON, auth tokens, etc.), connecting RPA to enterprise systems, databases, or services, designing solutions that fit into a broader architecture.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
