About the role

Join the Nalley Consulting team as an Intelligence Management Specialist. Position: Intelligence Management Specialist (Operational Support), LCAT: Senior. Location: Reston, VA. Clearance: TS/SCI and current CI poly required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and author various intelligence products and content.
  • Work with us as we develop, clarify, and verify technical information in support of the DoD and IC.
  • Promote knowledge sharing through operational business processes and systems; improve integration among information systems to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems.
  • Develop and architect SharePoint custom solutions.
  • Build out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions.
  • Translate client, stakeholder, and end user's needs and requirements and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Create data visualizations and metrics based on client requirements using COTS tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Write and edit professional products for multiple audiences.
  • Review documents for accuracy and respond to requests on accessing, formatting, coordinating, and consolidating.
  • Assist with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings, and provide intelligence dissemination support.
  • Build read-ahead books or material for official functions and meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to grammar, punctuation, and style guides.
  • Understand and apply IC analytic tradecraft standards and processes.
  • Juggle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience promoting knowledge sharing through operational business processes and systems; and improving integration among information systems to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience with SharePoint custom development and architecture.
  • At least 3 years of experience building out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions.
  • Ability to translate client, stakeholder, and end user's needs and requirements and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Ability to work with web development tools and languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS.
  • Experience writing and editing professional products for multiple audiences.
  • Experience reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to requests on accessing, formatting, coordinating, and consolidating.
  • Experience assisting with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings, and providing intelligence dissemination support.
  • Experience building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings.
  • Knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and style guides.
  • Knowledge of IC analytic tradecraft standards and processes.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 12+ years of related experience as a substitute for a degree.
  • Desired experience: 8+ years of experience.

Skills

  • Experience with web development tools and languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS.
  • Experience creating data visualizations and metrics based on client requirements in COTS tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience writing and editing professional products for multiple audiences.
  • Experience reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to requests on accessing, formatting, coordinating, and consolidating.
  • Experience assisting with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings, and providing intelligence dissemination support.
