Sr. Intelligence Management Specialist (Operations)

Responsibilities

• Manages RFIs, reports, and briefings.
• Reviews and formats documents.
• Prepares read-ahead materials.
• Coincides with technically derived data including, but not limited to, one or more intelligence disciplines and with other information to determine the locations and identification of emitters.
• Supports cross-domain data transfers and dissemination efforts.
• Coordinates security access.
• Ensures smooth operational support for program management and official functions.

Requirements

• Conducts analysis of signals and associated emitters utilizing ELINT data sources, tools, and techniques.
• Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Desired Education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
• Conducts ELINT production on foreign military, insurgents, terrorists, and militant organizations.
• Conducts and analyzes database Order of Battle/Force Disposition.
• Performs basic target development for all military, insurgent, and terrorist functional production areas.
• Provides support to targeting by reviewing, evaluating, coordinating, and editing database records.
• Develops training materials and conducts OJT for personnel.
• Sets up collection requests and source directed requirements.
• Updates database records IAW DoD and Combatant Command (CCMD) policies/procedures.
• Responds to RFIs, prepares and presents briefings, as required.
• Performs analysis to accomplish battle damage assessment (BDA), produces BDA products, and assists with combat assessments.
• Adheres to strict security protocols to safeguard classified information and ensure information security.
• Must possess previous Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) experience. Additional qualification training required on-site.
