Intelligence Management Specialist

About the role

This role provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities.

Responsibilities

• Reviews documents for accuracy and responds to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating or formatting
• Affords assistance with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings
• Prepares correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities
• Creates read-ahead documents, coordinates with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and builds read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings
• Provides cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support

Requirements

• Active CI Polygraph
• At least 3 years of experience promoting knowledge sharing through operational business processes and systems; and improving integration among information systems to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems
• At least 3 years of experience with SharePoint custom development and architecture
• At least 3 years of experience building out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions
• Ability to translate client, stakeholder, and end user’s needs and requirements and recommend actionable solutions
• Ability to work with web development tools and languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS
• Ability to create data visualizations and metrics based on client requirements in COTS tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Experience: Relevant work experience in intelligence or related field

• Knowledge of intelligence disciplines and activities
• Experience with SharePoint custom development and architecture
• Ability to create data visualizations and metrics
• Experience with web development tools and languages

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 annually.
