Intelligence Management Specialist - Senior (Cannon AFB)
About the role
The position is contingent upon contract award, business needs, and funding availability. We are seeking a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist to support IC ITE efforts.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide technical and analytical support for IC ITE services across Top Secret, Secret, and Unclassified domains.
- Support cloud environments, including IC Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E), IC GovCloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, IBM Cloud.
- Perform system administration functions across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS networks.
- Ensure systems, platforms, and applications meet accreditation and security requirements.
- Recommend and implement Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for improved performance and workflows.
- Support integration of COTS and GOTS technologies.
- Perform system validation and verification (e.g., CMMI standards).
- Provide strategic advice and technical guidance to senior Air Force and defense leaders (General Officer/SES-level).
- Maintain situational awareness of mission priorities and operational requirements.
- Safeguard classified information and adhere to all security and handling protocols.

The position supports sensitive operations and demands strict adherence to IC analytic standards, information security requirements, and professional ethics.
Minimum Requirements
- Must meet DoD 8140 / 8570 (DCWF Role 451 – System Administrator) at Intermediate level or higher.
- Demonstrated expertise in IC ITE Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E), DoD cloud environments (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS), and Multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Expert understanding of intelligence operations and knowledge management across IC boundaries.
- Proven ability to define complex problems and lead enterprise-level studies and analyses, develop and implement advanced methodologies, tradecraft, and technical solutions and provide strategic advice and guidance to senior DoD leadership and policymakers.
- Prominent written and verbal communication skills, including developing and presenting briefings to senior Air Force, IC, or DoD leadership (General Officer/SES-level).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to comply with all DoD, Air Force, and IC security and conduct standards.
- Able to complete and maintain required training throughout contract performance.
- Able to support CONUS and OCONUS missions as required.
Security Clearance Required
TS/SCI eligibility with a favorable Tier 5 (T5) investigation.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with an additional five years of relevant expert-level experience (for a total of 15 years’ experience in lieu of a master’s degree).
- At least 10 years of experience in intelligence management, ISR operations, cryptologic analysis, or related fields; at least part of the required experience must be within the past two (2) years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting Air Force Cryptologic Operations (16 AF or 361 ISRG/363 ISRW).
- Deep knowledge of IC Information Environment (IE) ecosystem, Data science and non-linear intelligence workflows.
- Prior experience performing intel management within a SCIF-based intelligence environment.
- Experience working in multi-domain operations and non-kinetic targeting environments.
