Purpose and Impact:

This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs and funding availability. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Intelligence Management Specialist to deliver executive-level intelligence management and technical integration support within a secure, high-tempo operational environment. This position supports the 70 ISRW, a premier Air Force ISR wing focused on signals intelligence (SIGINT), cyber operations, and global intelligence missions in direct partnership with the National Security Agency (NSA) and broader Intelligence Community (IC). The role provides senior-level intelligence management, ISR integration, and secure network/system administration support across classified enterprise environments, enabling mission-critical intelligence operations. The ideal candidate will operate across intelligence, operations, and IT domains, ensuring seamless integration of intelligence processes with secure networked systems supporting national and tactical missions.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide full-spectrum intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and mission leadership.
  • Integrate national and defense intelligence capabilities into operational planning processes.
  • Serve as local AFSCI System Administrator supporting SCIF operations across the Wing.
  • Maintain and manage classified network infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and storage systems, and software/hardware installations and lifecycle management.
  • Provide full lifecycle network administration support, including user account management, performance monitoring, security and compliance enforcement and fault detection and resolution.
  • Support implementation of Zero Trust Architecture within AFSCI networks.
  • Ensure compliance with AFI 17-series directives, Air Force/DoD cybersecurity policies and RMF requirements.
  • Provide strategic advice and technical guidance to senior Air Force and defense leaders (General Officer/SES-level).
  • Safeguard classified information and adhere to all security and handling protocols.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands

The position supports sensitive operations and demands strict adherence to IC analytic standards, information security requirements, and professional ethics.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Demonstrated experience supporting classified networks (JWICS/AFSCI), Network/system administration, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Experience supporting 70 ISRW, NSA, or cyber/cryptologic missions.
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and Enterprise ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, CIPS).
  • Strong background in both intelligence operations and IT systems integration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including developing and presenting briefings to senior Air Force, IC, or DoD leadership (General Officer/SES-level).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to comply with all DoD, Air Force, and IC security and conduct standards.
  • Able to complete and maintain required training throughout contract performance.
  • Able to support CONUS and OCONUS missions as required.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree with an additional five years of relevant expert-level experience (for a total of 15 years’ experience in lieu of a Master’s degree).
  • 10 years of experience in intelligence management, ISR operations, cryptologic analysis, or IT systems integration; at least part of the required experience must be within the past two (2) years.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with encryption devices (TACLANE), VoIP and VTC systems and network management tools.
  • Demonstrated understanding of cryptologic reporting policy, guidelines and standards.

Security Clearance

TS/SCI eligibility with a favorable Tier 5 (T5) investigation. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the drug screening process.
