About the role

The Leidos Intelligence Sector is seeking a detail-oriented Intelligence Management Specialist (Executive Support) - Senior to support the USCYBERCOM J2 mission. This role provides comprehensive intelligence and administrative support, coordinates meetings, manages office operations, and supports the Directorate of Intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain databases, monitor intelligence, support RFIs, produce metrics, and handle cross-domain data transfers.
  • Support production and mission management operations by producing metrics, graphics, and briefings.
  • Coordinate and schedule senior-level video teleconference meetings, manage conferences and events, and secure conference room spaces.
  • Provide administrative support to AJ2-Cyber Operations (CO), oversee administrative needs, and compile taskers.
  • Manage office management tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating J2 Orientation sessions, and scheduling meetings.
  • Create and maintain operating instructions for Command-wide programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare read-ahead documents, set up and operate equipment, escort attendees, and coordinate with DIA security.
  • Maintain detailed logs and metrics for personnel travel and associated travel claims.
  • Support deployment processes and coordinate with directorate and DIA deployment managers.
  • Coordinate with the USCYBERCOM J2 Functional Area Agreement Manager (FAAM) to draft and manage support agreement actions.

Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

Deep familiarity with USCYBERCOM organizational structure and mission. Prior experience supporting Joint operations across multiple warfighting domains. Demonstrated expertise in DTS, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access), and classified correspondence management. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft and edit executive-level and technical correspondence.

Benefits
