About the role

We are seeking a North Carolina licensed physical therapist to join our dynamic and growing private practice in Chapel Hill, NC.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their individual needs and treatment plans.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new physical therapists.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by law and practice guidelines.

Requirements

• North Carolina Physical Therapy License.
• Dry Needling Certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
• Experience or willingness to become a clinical instructor.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and challenge oneself.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Experience in a private practice setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule

We are currently operating with a schedule of 8-6 most days, with shorter hours on Mondays (4pm) and Fridays (2pm). We are closed weekends and holidays.
