Physical Therapy

About the Role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients, under the supervision of Therapy Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
• Ensure treatment aligns with departmental policies, standards, and the organization's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor, Master of Science, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• Current or temporary licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification; other certifications must be current before independent patient care.
• Preferred 6 months to 1 year of experience, especially with adult and geriatric populations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly.
• Prolonged standing and walking.
• Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
