About the role

The Thompson School District seeks an experienced educator to join our team. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Teach a range of subjects to students in grades Pre-K through 12.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum aligned with state standards.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.
  • Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
  • Valid Colorado teaching license.
  • At least three years of successful teaching experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with diverse student populations.
  • Knowledge of current educational technologies and pedagogical methods.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and community partners.
