Integrated Medical Clinical Nurse - Part-Time Days/Nights

About the role

Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care.
• Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds.
• Participates in promoting patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Supports a healing environment by educating patients and families on health management and medication administration.
• Works in a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe practices at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree with RN licensure. No prior experience required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
