Medical/Oncology - Clinical Nurse (Part-Time) Days or Nights

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Ensures patient safety, participates in professional development, and develops individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, and spiritual factors. Maintains safety-sensitive responsibilities, requiring alertness and safe practice at all times. Qualifications And Skills Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and RN license; no prior experience required.Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience.Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment.
