About the role
The Integrated Media Operations Analyst supports the operational effectiveness, coordination, and continuous improvement of integrated media initiatives across the organization. This role works closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to drive operational consistency, reporting connectivity, workflow coordination, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, communication flows, and team efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, workflow materials, historical references, and process guides.
- Support operational coordination of integrated media initiatives across internal teams, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Track deliverables, timelines, issue resolution progress, and escalation procedures to support operational consistency and alignment.
- Support reporting integrity and connectivity across agency and internal reporting environments.
- Support media channel leads with day-to-day operational and coordination needs for media execution.
- Build collaborative relationships across teams and agency partners to support effective execution and operational alignment.
- Stay informed on media operations trends, compliance requirements, best practices, and evolving operating models to support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 2+ years of total relevant work experience.
- Preferred: 3+ years of relevant experience in media, marketing, advertising, agency operations, project coordination, marketing operations, or related fields.
- Familiarity with integrated media environments, operational workflows, and agency operating models.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and evolving business needs.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint or similar reporting and presentation tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while operating independently within established processes.
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
Pay
Base Salary Ranges:
- $77,000.00 - $131,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
- $84,500.00 - $144,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
- $96,500.00 - $164,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
