Requirements

• 5 or more years experience implementing or supporting enterprise software systems such as ERP, HCM/HRIS, Payroll, or financial management platforms
• Deep knowledge of at least one major enterprise software vendor or category of business systems
• Understanding of integration patterns and methodologies (APIs, file-based transfers, middleware platforms)
• Familiarity with data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, SFTP)
• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, Zapier)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Project management or business analysis certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or four additional years' experience in lieu of degree

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
