Integrated Master Scheduler - TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and baseline the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) within the Knowledge Management (KM) portal, ensuring alignment with contractual and program objectives.
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule health checks, and risk identification across engineering, operational, and tech refresh milestones.
• Collaborate closely with Program Management and Technical Delivery Teams to develop synchronized schedules that support all phases of CIS mission execution.
• Track progress, monitor variances, and recommend or implement corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity and on-time delivery.
• Communicate schedule impacts, dependencies, and forecasts to leadership, ensuring informed decision-making and mission continuity.
• Support transition activities by sequencing legacy and new contract workflows, providing visibility into resource loading, task sequencing, and readiness for transition gates.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree.
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience: Experience using project management and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, Jira, etc.), familiarity with Service Central, and 3+ years of experience developing or managing schedules within DoW, IC, or engineering environments.
• US Citizenship: Required.
