Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic onboarding sessions for new clients across all service lines.
- Serve as the strategic lead during kickoff meetings, quarterly business reviews, and campaign planning sessions.
- Present recommendations confidently and clearly in client-facing meetings.
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through thoughtful strategic recommendations.
- Develop integrated marketing strategies spanning: Organic Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Paid Creator Programs, Content Production, Paid Social, Community Building, Product Launches, Brand Campaigns, Seasonal Marketing, Performance Marketing.
- Create campaign frameworks including: Target audiences, Customer personas, Messaging pillars, Content pillars, Creator strategy, Paid amplification strategy, KPIs and success metrics, Customer journey mapping, Cross-channel rollout plans.
- Partner closely with the creative team to develop: Content strategies, Campaign concepts, Creative territories, Brand storytelling, Social content pillars, Editorial calendars, Creative briefs, Production recommendations.
- Ensure creative work aligns with both brand objectives and platform best practices.
- Work alongside Influencer and Growth teams to develop: Creator selection strategies, Audience targeting recommendations, Paid amplification plans, Organic + paid integration, Whitelisting/Spark Ads recommendations, Creator testing frameworks, Performance optimization recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across: Client Services, Creative, Social, Influencer Marketing, Paid Media, Production, Growth.
- Analyze campaign performance across channels.
- Translate reporting into actionable recommendations.
- Identify emerging platform trends and consumer behaviors.
- Evolve client strategies based on learnings.
- Present strategic recommendations during monthly and quarterly reviews.
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years in integrated marketing, brand strategy, agency strategy, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of: Organic Social, Influencer Marketing, Paid Social, Creative Strategy, Content Production, Consumer Marketing.
- Proven ability to build integrated marketing plans from the ground up.
- Experience presenting directly to C-suite and senior marketing leaders.
- Experience leading discovery sessions and client workshops.
