ThermoAnalytics, Inc., a leading provider of thermal and infrared simulation software and services, is hiring an Integrated Marketing Manager for its marketing team in Novi, Michigan or Calumet, Michigan. This full‑time position offers a hybrid remote schedule with weekly onsite/in‑office hours and reports to the Director of Marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as project manager for marketing campaigns, planning, building, and executing demand‑generation initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and creative requirements in collaboration with design teams.
  • Coordinate with product teams, application engineers, and sales to produce technical assets such as webinars, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, emails, landing pages, and blog posts.
  • Drive A/B testing of messaging, subject lines, content, and landing pages to improve performance and meet creation rates.
  • Manage day‑to‑day campaign optimization to maximize click‑through rates, conversion rates, pipeline impact, and cost efficiency while ensuring alignment with target personas, funnel stages, and brand positioning.
  • Manage LinkedIn Campaign Manager programs, including sponsored content and conversation ads.
  • Run Google Search and Display campaigns, handling keyword strategy, ad copy development, and bid management.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance; adjust campaigns to meet pipeline and ROI goals.
  • Track and report on core KPIs and pipeline contribution, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign ROI and channel efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
  • Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and WordPress (highly preferred).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including building dashboards (HubSpot preferred).
  • Demonstrated success with A/B testing campaign content and optimizing for conversions.
  • Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Growth mindset with a strong desire to learn new tools and expand marketing expertise.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, technical experts, and product teams.
  • U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required; final candidates may undergo a background check.

Pay

Annual starting wage of $75,000 – $95,000, based on knowledge and experience.
