As Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in connecting strategy to execution across campaigns, content, events, and brand initiatives. Success Criteria

  • Drive measurable business growth through strategic, integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Effectively balance strategy and execution by managing campaigns, content, digital marketing efforts, trade shows, and customer experiences while collaborating closely with sales, engineering, and business leaders.
  • Translate complex technical solutions into compelling customer-focused messaging, improve marketing performance through data-driven insights, maintain consistent brand standards across all touchpoints, and execute high-quality marketing initiatives that support pipeline growth and overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated marketing, content marketing, demand generation, events, or related roles.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into customer-focused messaging and content.
  • Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple marketing disciplines.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with DAM, analytics, CMS, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience coordinating trade shows, events, or customer-facing marketing activities.
  • A collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and passion for innovation.
  • B2B industrial, manufacturing, automation, aerospace, nuclear, or life sciences marketing experience preferred.
