Go-to-Market Strategy & Planning
- Own seasonal go-to-market planning processes and marketing milestone calendars.
- Build and maintain launch timelines, campaign workflows, and cross-functional planning systems.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Creative, E-commerce, and Operations teams to align seasonal priorities and execution plans.
- Serve as the operational lead for the marketing department, keep marketing teams on time and aligned to strategy and planning.
- Help pull insights and reporting into the go-to-marketing process with both internal and external teams.
- Operate as a core member of the marketing leadership team alongside Creative and Content leadership, partnering with both teams and the head of marketing to lead and manage efforts of the marketing department.
- Lead recurring milestone meetings, launch reviews, and cross-functional planning sessions.
- Build and refine organizational systems, workflows, documentation, and communication processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, marketing operations, project management, or account management.
- Experience working within consumer brands, advertising agencies, or integrated marketing environments.
