Integrated Delivery Systems Supervisor

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm, 8‑hour shifts

About the role

The Supervisor will provide direct supervision of at least two team members in collaboration with direct leader and leadership team and oversee the performance of an entire team, program or work area. In this role, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations and assign tasks to reach broader department or organizational goals. The Supervisor participates, with direct leader and leadership team, in determining program/staffing levels, and needs, and adjusts when appropriate and approved. Maintains open communication with department leadership regarding patients, family, personnel, and departmental issues. Demonstrates commitment to a patient and family‑centered model of care.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an administrative or community‑based role within a healthcare, clinical, school, or community‑based organization
• 2+ years of direct experience working with patients, clients, or community members
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity
• Associate's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Child Development, Social Work, or a related discipline; OR equivalent combination of education and work experience

Preferred

• Direct supervision experience
• Community Health Worker Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Child Development, Social Work, or a closely related field
