About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized IBP Specialist to join our Integrated Business Planning team within the Wood-Products business. This role is integral to ensuring efficient and accurate business processes including invoice validation, order management, and product management. The role will interact primarily with S&OP managers, traders, and external warehouses (reloads). The ideal candidate will be contribution-motivated, thorough, and detail-oriented—always having an eye toward process improvement opportunities.

About the team

Our Integrated Business Planning team supports GP's Wood-Products businesses, including Plywood, OSB, and Lumber. We collaborate with Sales and Manufacturing to align and optimize short- and medium-term operating plans with the overall business strategy. Our responsibilities include managing and providing insights into production, sales, and inventory plans to ensure they are coordinated, effective, and optimal.

Responsibilities

  • Invoice Validation and Payment Processing for Reloads (ARIBA)
  • Order Management (stat checks, order adjustments)
  • Reload Order Management (order entry, readying, shipping, receiving, reconciliation) and interfacing with reload operators
  • Product Setup in OneLISA

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications

  • Experience in the wood products industry or a similar sector
  • Familiarity with inventory reconciliations
  • Proficiency with order management systems and inventory software, such as OneLISA
