About the role

LifeStance Health is hiring part-time and full-time licensed Therapists or Psychologists (LICSW/PsyD) to join our Integrated Care and outpatient team in Hopkinton/Bellingham. This is a split position providing integrated behavioral health care within a Family Practice and Internal Medicine office combined with outpatient psychotherapy. The role is ideal for clinicians experienced in working across the lifespan with empirically supported treatment, who enjoy a primary care environment and a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide integrated care embedded within Family Medicine and Internal Medicine offices as an integral team member
  • Work with primarily pediatric through adult patients on acute to chronic health conditions and mental health concerns
  • Deliver evidence-based therapies including CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment
  • Conduct screenings for depression, anxiety, and other conditions
  • Consult frequently with medical professionals

Qualifications

  • Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD)
  • Excellent communication skills and clinical acumen
  • Experience working across the lifespan
  • Experience with empirically supported treatments
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced setting and interdisciplinary work
