About the Role

LifeStance Health is hiring part-time and full-time licensed Therapists or Psychologists (LICSW/PsyD) to join our Integrated Care and outpatient team in Milford. This position can be split between providing integrated behavioral health care within a primary care office and outpatient psychotherapy. It is ideal for clinicians experienced in working with people across the lifespan or adults, utilizing empirically supported treatments, and thriving in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an embedded clinician within a primary care office, integral to primary care teams.
  • Work with primarily adult patients on issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions and other mental health concerns using evidence-based therapies like CBT and motivational interviewing.
  • Conduct brief, targeted treatments and screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions.
  • Consult frequently with medical professionals.

Qualifications

  • Licensed as a Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD).
  • Experience working with people across the lifespan or adults.
  • Proficiency in empirically supported treatments (e.g., CBT, motivational interviewing).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary setting.
  • Experience or interest in working within a primary care environment.
