What You'll Do
- Lead integrated production projects from kickoff through delivery
- Develop production scopes, schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Source, triple bid, negotiate, and manage production partners and vendors
- Partner with Creative, Account, Business Affairs, Finance, and clients throughout production
- Oversee production logistics, talent, contracts, and project documentation
- Lead and mentor the in-house content production team
- Manage production assets and ensure successful project closeout
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of agency or production experience
- Experience leading multi-day productions with six- and seven-figure budgets
- Strong knowledge of production and post-production workflows
- Experience identifying opportunities to improve production efficiency through emerging technology without compromising creative excellence
- Experience managing external production partners and vendors
- Exceptional organization, communication, and project management skills
- Experience with SAG-AFTRA productions and line producing is a plus
