Associate Agency Producer

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple video and motion projects from kickoff to final delivery
• Build and track timelines, budgets, and deliverables across all stakeholders
• Anticipate risks or scope changes early and align the team accordingly
• Keep Asana boards, production schedules, and deliverables current
• Serve as a key client contact throughout projects
• Ensure client expectations are clear, realistic, and consistently met
• Partner with leadership to translate creative direction into actionable production plans
• Work directly with directors, editors, and designers to maintain workflow and priorities
• Facilitate smooth handoffs between sales, creative, and production
• Communicate progress, blockers, and needs clearly to the broader team

Requirements

We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in production, agency, or creative project management. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deliverables is essential. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also required, along with a calm, proactive approach under pressure and strong attention to detail and accountability to deadlines.

Qualifications

Familiarity with video production workflows is a plus, as is experience with tools like Asana, Airtable, or similar project management platforms.

Must have a proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deliverables, excellent communication and organizational skills, a calm, proactive approach under pressure, strong attention to detail and accountability to deadlines, and familiarity with project management tools.
