What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Intake Representatives and Leads
- Manage hiring, onboarding, training, performance coaching, and employee development
- Monitor daily workflows to ensure timely patient admissions and operational efficiency
- Partner with Sales and clinical teams to reduce time to start of care
- Handle escalated patient concerns and complex intake issues
- Analyze team performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Drive quality assurance initiatives and process improvements
- Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and improve the patient experience

Position Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience
- Healthcare, home health, DME, or patient services experience preferred
- Experience leading remote teams is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
