Intake Registered Nurse (RN) - Monthly Bonus Night Shift

About the role

The Intake Registered Nurse is responsible for coordination of assessments of incoming patients with A&R Counselors. Coordinates providers admission orders and initiates the Admission process with the Admissions Clerk, and Admissions Clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Screen Referrals
• Actively engage in the health care team, offering both direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
• Assess the physical and psychological conditions of patients continuously throughout their care journey.
• Utilize the nursing process in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of SPBH.
• Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in our core values.
• Collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, actively contributing to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Valid Washington State RN license required.
• Minimum of three years experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.
• Exceptional crisis management and time management skills.
• Flexibility and creativity with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Calm, organized, and professional demeanor even in stressful situations.

Pay & Schedule

• Monthly bonus opportunity (up to $9,000 per year)
• Days: $48.00 - $55.00/hr
• Nights: $51.00 - $58.00/hr (includes shift differential)
• Weekend Days: $53.00 - $60.00/hr (includes shift differential)
• Weekend Nights: $57.00 - $64.00/hr (includes shift differential)
• Generous shift differentials (weekday overnights, weekend days & weekend overnights)
