What You’ll Do

  • Team Leadership: Directly manage and coach the intake team, setting structures and holding the team accountable.
  • Client Interaction: Personally handle inbound intake calls to ensure high conversion rates and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Process Optimization: Build and refine intake processes to improve efficiency, case quality, and value.
  • Performance Management: Develop and own KPIs to track and enhance team performance, supporting goal achievement.
  • Recruitment and Growth: Lead recruitment efforts to build a high-performing intake team that aligns with firm standards.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team with a focus on accountability and results.
  • Sales Orientation: Strong sales skills to convert leads into clients and increase case values.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and organization in managing client data and processes.
  • Communication Expertise: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle sensitive stories empathetically.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in technology, including AI, Microsoft Office 365, and experience with case management software like Lead Docket and Filevine preferred.
