Responsibilities

• Handling patient reports and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Oversight of patient rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborating with other individuals and agencies for patient supervision and support.
• Answering and addressing patient questions and problems, providing recommendations as necessary.
• Assisting in dynamic programs like work assignments, work release, education, and recreation.
• Coordinating specialized programs and transition planning for patient rehabilitation.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral or Social Sciences, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• Satisfactory background investigation report.
• Fluency in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.
• Supportive team member with leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Able to make independent decisions and work harmoniously with others.
• No direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace.

• Experience in correctional settings preferred.
• Knowledge of correctional healthcare policies and procedures.
