About the role
Responsible for conducting thorough investigations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth investigations into potential violations of company policies and laws.
- Interview witnesses and gather evidence to support findings.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing investigation results and recommendations.
- Work closely with legal and HR teams to implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in investigative roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
- Experience with data analysis tools and software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
