Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with families and providers by delivering exceptional service.
Guiding families and providers through eligibility requirements and program processes.
Carefully review documentation, perform income calculations to determine cost-share, and ensure all data is entered accurately and efficiently into systems like TX3C and FACS.
Maintain organized, compliant records and document all interactions.
Proactively resolve customer and provider concerns to ensure a positive experience.
