Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with families and providers
• Deliver exceptional service by guiding families and providers through eligibility requirements and program processes
• Carefully review documentation and perform income calculations to determine cost-share
• Ensure all data is entered accurately and efficiently into systems like TX3C and FACS
• Maintain organized, compliant records and document all interactions
• Proactively resolve customer and provider concerns to ensure a positive experience
