Intake Counselor (Fully Licensed)

About the role

As an Intake Counselor at Havenwyck Hospital, you will be responsible for providing initial assessments and counseling to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments to gather necessary patient information.
• Counsel patients and their families to address emotional and psychological needs.
• Coordinate referrals to additional resources as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Fully licensed as a counselor or social worker.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
