Responsibilities
- Responding expeditiously to patient referrals
- Reviewing patient records
- Processing patient admissions
- Conducting patient assessments
- OBTAINING admission approvals
Requirements
- Experience in substance abuse / mental health treatment, preferred.
- Understanding of commercial and Medicare insurances.
- Knowledge of patient level of care requirements.
- Licensed by the State of Georgia (good standing) as a Registered Nurse/RN.
- BLS/CPR Certified.
