Pay

This is a Full-time role where we compensate your work through multiple types of compensation. First-year entry-level agents average $40,000 - $65,000. In the first 4 weeks, all new agents are eligible for $250 bonuses totaling $1,000. First-year agents can also receive up to $19,000 in additional income through our sales matching programs. Experienced sales agents who have been a part of Bankers Life for two plus years earn upwards of $100,000+ in commissions and bonuses.

Schedule

Once you complete your new agent training period, which can vary anywhere from four to twelve weeks on average, you can set your own hours with options to work in the field, onsite, and/or in a hybrid capacity per your preference, with the support of branch leadership.
