What You’ll Do

• Sales & Business Development: Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach.
• Conduct Needs Assessments: Identify clients' financial protection goals and present appropriate insurance products.
• Sell Insurance Solutions: Grow your client base and drive revenue through performance.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews.
• Guide Clients: Help clients through applications, underwriting, and policy issuance.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales.
• Active insurance license (if required).
• Proven success in commission-based or quota-driven environments.
