What You’ll Do

• Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Build trust and explain complex products simply
• Identify clients' financial protection goals through needs assessments
• Present and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently

Preferred Qualifications
