Insurance Sales Insurance (In-Office)

Responsibilities

• Work with prospective clients to identify their insurance needs and provide customized coverage solutions, including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life, and other personal insurance products.
• Handle 40–60 inbound sales opportunities each week while actively following up with prospects.
• Quote and sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life, and complementary insurance products.
• Produce 20 or more new households or $50,000+ in new Property & Casualty premium each month.
• Complete 20–30 follow-up conversations daily with active prospects.
• Develop 2+ new referral partnerships each month within the local community.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation in the agency CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly production goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first conversation through policy issuance.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain one before starting
• Previous sales experience preferred, especially in insurance, financial services, or inside sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven with a competitive mindset
• Coachable and open to continuous improvement
• Honest, dependable, and professional
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Able to work on-site in our Ogden office
• Authorized to work in the United States

Benefits

• Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $97,000.00 per year
• Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities
